Years of dealing with lost borrower documents, chasing down missing paystubs at midnight before closing, reconciling conflicting file versions between assistants and underwriters, manually organizing hundreds of PDFs per file, and explaining to frustrated borrowers why their documents disappeared into an email void.
We built MBA because we were tired of operations being the bottleneck - tired of document chaos derailing good deals, tired of compliance anxiety from thin audit trails.
